Who we are
Metaverse Quest operates the Metaverse Quest website and membership service. Contact us at info@markorandelovic.com.
Information we use
We use account details such as your name, email address, membership status and selected world interests. When you watch, we store progress, saved episodes and basic viewing events so the service can resume playback and improve recommendations. Payment card details are handled by Memberful and its payment provider; Metaverse Quest does not store complete card numbers.
Why we use it
We process account and viewing information to provide the service you request, protect member content, administer subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent misuse and understand how the platform performs. We send promotional world updates only where you have selected that email preference, and you can withdraw it in your profile.
Service providers
We use Memberful for accounts and membership payments, Supabase for private application data, Mux for video delivery, Kit for opted-in audience email and PostHog for limited product analytics. These providers process information under their own security and data-processing commitments and may process data outside the UK using appropriate safeguards.
Storage and retention
An essential sign-in token keeps your account session active for up to 30 days. A first-party source label may be stored in your browser for up to 90 days so we can understand which Metaverse Quest link first brought you to the service; it is not used for advertising across other websites. Account, subscription and viewing records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period needed for legal, accounting, security and dispute purposes. We do not enable optional analytics cookies or Mux player cookies in the current release.
Your choices and rights
You can change world email choices in your profile and manage or cancel membership from the account area. Depending on your circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive a copy of your personal information. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
