Membership terms

The service
These terms apply to the Metaverse Quest website and membership service operated by Metaverse Quest. Public pages and trailers may be viewed without an account. An active Member can access released full episodes marked Members.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your email secure. Your account is personal to you. You may not sell, share or provide account access to another person, bypass access controls, scrape the service or attempt to obtain or distribute protected video files.
Membership
The price, billing period, taxes and any trial terms are shown before you confirm checkout. Unless the checkout states otherwise, membership renews automatically for the displayed billing period until cancelled. Payment and billing management are provided through Memberful and its payment provider.
Cancellation
You can manage or cancel renewal through the membership link in your profile. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the period already paid for, unless the checkout or applicable law provides otherwise. Your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cooling-off or refund rights, are not excluded by these terms.
Refunds
We do not normally provide discretionary refunds because a member changes their mind after immediate access to the digital service begins. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will provide refunds where required by law and may correct duplicate charges, billing errors or a material failure to provide the paid service.
Releases and availability
Episode labels, release dates and future-world announcements may change as production develops. We may add, replace, postpone or remove content and temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, security or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will not describe unreleased content as available to watch.
Intellectual property
Metaverse Quest stories, videos, artwork, branding and site materials are owned by or licensed to Metaverse Quest. Membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to stream available content for private viewing. It does not transfer ownership or grant a right to download, copy, republish, screen publicly or create derivative commercial material.
Ending access
We may restrict or close an account that materially breaches these terms, threatens the service or infringes another person's rights. Where reasonable, we will explain the issue and allow it to be corrected. Rights and liabilities that arose before closure are unaffected.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes. Questions can be sent to info@markorandelovic.com.
